HOW TO PLAY ROULETTE;
The Roulette Wheel has 36 numbers from 1 to 36, plus a
"0" and a "00." The numbers are alternately colored red and black with
the "0" and the "00" being green.
Roulette chips, unlike those used in other games, vary in denomination and color. The dealer will designate a color for your individual play and exchange your money for the appropriate amount of colored chips.
You set the value of your roulette chips when you buy into the game. For example, one stack of $1 chips is $20. One stack of 50 cent chips is $10.
Play begins with the players placing their bets on the numbered layout. The dealer then spins the ball in the opposite direction of the spinning wheel. Bets may be placed until the dealer announces "No more bets please." When the ball stops, the dealer will indicate the winning number and the bets are paid accordingly. Payouts range from 1 to 1, up to 35 to 1.
